1. Acceptance

By using the Envocon website or engaging Envocon for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services

Envocon provides digital services including but not limited to web development, mobile app development, SEO, digital marketing, social media management, and automation. Specific deliverables for each engagement are defined in a signed proposal or contract.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all custom code, content, and design assets created for you become your property. Third-party components remain subject to their original licences.

4. Payment

Invoices are payable per the terms stated on the invoice. Late payments may incur interest at the applicable statutory rate.

5. Limitation of Liability

Envocon's total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the engagement.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dubai.
